Send the whole list

One visit that clears eight small things costs less than three visits that clear one each. Send everything, including the items you think are too minor to mention.

  • Hours. Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm Central
  • Response time. Same day during working hours. First thing the next morning for anything that comes in overnight or on a Sunday.
What speeds things up Photos, the building or street name, and whether you will be on site. Those three details are usually the difference between a quote today and a back-and-forth all week.

Request form

Photos help more than anything else. Send the whole list, not just the most urgent item, and you get one quote and one visit instead of three.

Building name is enough if it is a condo. It sets access and elevator scheduling.
Rough sizes, how many, and whether you will be on site.

Answered the same day during working hours. No obligation and no automated calls.

Common questions

Do you work on condos, or only houses?

Both. A large share of the work here is in condo buildings along Perdido Key Drive and in Orange Beach. Tell us the building name in your request so access, elevator scheduling and any association requirements get sorted before the visit rather than at the door.

I do not live here. Can you handle a job while I am out of state?

Yes, and it is common on the key. We work from photos and a description, confirm the scope with you before starting, and send photos of the finished work. Access is arranged through whoever holds a key, whether that is your cleaner, your property manager or a lockbox.

What will not be taken on?

Anything Florida or Alabama requires a licensed contractor for. That means electrical, plumbing beyond a fixture swap, HVAC, roofing, structural work, window and door replacement, and anything needing a permit. If a request turns out to fall in that category, we say so and point you toward the right trade rather than doing it anyway.

How does pricing work?

There is no calculator on this site because a range guessed from a form is usually wrong. Small jobs are quoted flat once we see photos. Longer or multi-item lists are quoted by the visit. Either way the number comes before the work, not after.

Can you batch a list of small items into one visit?

That is the preferred way to work, especially for second homes and rentals. Send the whole list rather than the most urgent item. One visit that clears eight things costs less than three visits that clear one each.

How far do you go?

Perdido Key is the center. Innerarity Point, Ono Island, Big Lagoon, west Pensacola and Orange Beach are routine. Gulf Shores and Lillian are the outer edge and work best as scheduled visits rather than same-day calls.

What about work before or after a storm?

Shutter checks, panel fitting and securing loose exterior trim are all better done in May than in a watch. After a storm, screens, fences, soffit, trim and decking are the usual list. Roof and structural damage goes to a licensed contractor and your insurer.

How fast do you respond?

Requests sent through this site are answered the same day during working hours, and first thing the next morning if they come in overnight or on a Sunday.
